Vessel Stowage
The vessel stowage program shows the list of all containers, full, empty and Vessel Convenience that have been manifested under a specific job/voyage number. After selecting the job number and the ports, the users will be able to view a list showing information, such as, container number, equipment type, status, weight, B/L number, booking and other information that may be modified by going into the View Menu. The units can also be changed under the same sub-menu
This program contains three very important fields, Bay, row and tier, which can be edited by the captain of the ship or the person in charge of the location of the containers on the vessel. In this way, when the containers are loaded, people know where to put the equipment
To know the total of containers, use the Container Count Button
The program has an option to extract all the information to excel
This is one of the programs that comply with the last requirements of Customs and the law 10+2. It actually belongs to the last ‘2’ files that customs is requiring. The information needs to be sent to CBP, once all location of containers has been specified in the vessel The other one is the transmission of the status of the containers
