Stuffing Tally
This report shows the list of all dock receipts that have been stuffed
into a specific container for a specific job/ports combination with detailed
information, such as bill of lading number (if any assigned already), dimensions,
consignee, shipper, hazardous cargo information, cargo description and totals
of packages stuffed. It also has an option to include all containers under the
made selection
Intermodal Certificate
This program allows the users to print Intermodal Certificates for a specific job and ports, in the event that they are required when the containers are being transported from the warehouse to the port. These certificates show exactly the same printout that appears when the stuffing tally is printed, but with the heading of ‘Intermodal Certificate’. It shows the container number on top, the Dock Receipts and their respective B/L’s underneath. It may include Hazardous cargo information
Inventory Stuffing Report
This report was designed to be sort of a guide of the cargo, dock receipts, that will be stuffed into the containers. It has several options, sort order and different report filters, by warehouse, shippers, forwarders, jobs, ports, references. The person who decides what cargo goes on which container, gives this report to the operator with the list of the authorized cargo. At the end, the operator will give back this document with the actual number of pieces that were stuffed into a specific container, so that the stuffing program can be updated with the most current information
Container Delivery Sheet
This form is a delivery receipt for a specific container. Includes container number, equipment type and it is given by the warehouse manager to the trucking, once it is taken to the port. It specifies if it will have some stops in the way
