We have recently incorporated our
Web Isis module, which allows customers to keep track of their cargo on-line.
They can print the documents, such as Bills of ladings, bookings, loose cargo receipts,
even accounting invoices and A/R statement. The access to the information is
restricted; the line’s customers need to have a username and a password in
order to access the information. They will only have access to the modules that
management authorizes. The following program will allow the line to add
companies, users and security. As the new users are created, the system can
assign an automatic password. The next step would be to assign the company (ies) that the users should have access to, in case there is
an agent that works for a group of customers. The active users
Tab shows the users that are currently viewing information. As all other
programs in
The following windows shows the list of modules that the highlighted user has access to, meaning that the user will have access to print and view all these documents
This is what the customer will see on his end, a specific view or documents, with information, such as voyage number, date, vessel, ports and names such as shipper\forwarder, consignee\notify
